The following convicted sex offenders have recently registered to live in Pierce County.

Each is categorized as a Level 3 sex offender — those considered most likely to commit similar crimes. None is wanted by law enforcement officers at this time.

All convicted sex offenders registered to live in Tacoma and Pierce County are listed on the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department’s website at piercesheriff.org.

Kenneth H. White Jr.

Age: 30.

Description: 5-foot-8 and 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Where registered to live: 5000 block of East Q Street, Tacoma.

Criminal history: Convicted in 2013 of unlawful imprisonment in Clark County for drugging an underage girl on a bus and taking her to a garage where he and an accomplice held her hostage at gunpoint. Convicted in 2014 of first-degree possession of depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct in Clark County for having illicit photographs on his cell phone.

Sex offender treatment: It is unknown if he participated in a treatment program while incarcerated.

Otto White

Age: 59.

Description: 5-foot-7 and 205 pounds, black hair/bald with brown eyes.

Where registered to live: Transient, Pierce County.

Criminal history: Convicted in 2015 of third-degree assault, unlawful imprisonment and communication with a minor for immoral purposes in King County for abducting and sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl. Convicted in 2014 of third-degree rape in King County for sexually assaulting a woman in Kent, but the charges were later dropped as part of a plea deal.

Sex offender treatment: He participated in a treatment program while incarcerated.
