Man fatally shot outside Emerald Queen Casino has been identified
A man shot and killed in a parking garage outside an Emerald Queen Casino has been identified.
Ty Jenkins, 25, of Las Vegas, was fatally shot about midnight Friday in the Tacoma casino’s south parking garage.
Puyallup Tribal police responded and performed CPR until paramedics arrived.
Jenkins was pronounced dead at the scene.
He died of multiple gunshot wounds, according to the Pierce County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Witnesses spotted a man running from the scene but no one has been arrested.
The FBI, which is investigating the homicide, has not released details about what led up to the shooting.
