The following convicted sex offenders recently registered to live in Pierce County.
Each is categorized as a Level 3 sex offender — those considered most likely to commit similar crimes. None is wanted by law enforcement officers at this time.

Norman G. Smith
Age: 70.
Description: 6 feet tall and 200 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes.
Where registered to live: 18500 block of 38th Avenue East, Tacoma.
Criminal history: Convicted in 2020 of communication with a minor for immoral purposes in Pierce County for exposing himself to an 8-year-old boy in a public bathroom. In a separate incident, he offered a 13-year-old boy money in exchange for sexual favors. Convicted in 1988 of second-degree statutory rape in Pierce County for sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl.
Sex offender treatment: He did not participate in a treatment program while incarcerated.

Joseph McDaniels
Age: 51.
Description: 6-foot-4 and 390 pounds, black hair with brown eyes.
Where registered to live: 1900 block of Milwaukee Way, Tacoma.
Criminal history: Convicted in 1998 of first-degree burglary with sexual motivation in King County for sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl after breaking into her home.
Sex offender treatment: He did not participate in a treatment program while incarcerated.

Adam Randolph
Age: 22.
Description: 6 feet and 190 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
Where registered to live: 9500 block of 82nd Avenue NW, Gig Harbor.
Criminal history: Convicted in 2018 of three counts of voyeurism in Pierce County for photographing female college students and staff members without their knowledge. Convicted in 2010 of third-degree sexual abuse and three counts of invasion of privacy in Jackson County, Oregon, for attempting to photograph women in a park bathroom. Convicted in 2006 of attempted voyeurism in King County trying to watch a woman use a public restroom.
Sex offender treatment: He participated in a treatment program while incarcerated.

Bradley Hartman
Age: 32.
Description: 5-foot-5 and 210 pounds, black hair with brown eyes.
Where registered to live: 2300 block of Fawcett Avenue, Tacoma.
Criminal history: Convicted in 2017 of second-degree possession of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct in Cowlitz County for images found on his cell phone. Convicted in 2013 of sexual exploitation of a minor in Cowlitz County for taking pictures of a naked 5-month-old girl.
Sex offender treatment: He participated in a treatment program while incarcerated.
