Man killed by train in Auburn identified

A man hit and killed by a train in Auburn on Friday has been identified as 25-year-old Joseph Joram, the King County Medical Examiner’s Office said.

Joram died from the blunt force injury he suffered when the train hit him, and his death was an accident, the office said.

The freight train hit him about 8 p.m. in the 1400 block of C Street Northwest, under the 15th Street Northwest overpass, police said.
