James Crowder
Age: 59
Description: 6 feet and 198 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
Registered address: 100 block of East 50th Street, Tacoma
Criminal history: Convicted in 2018 for third-degree rape in Pierce County for sexually assaulting a woman in her 80s and 90s while presenting as her caregiver. In 2006, Crowder was convicted of first-degree attempted child molestation and second-degree incest in Pierce County for sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl he is related to.
Sex offender treatment: Crowder has participated in a sex offender treatment program.

Adrian Zazueta
Age: 27
Description: 5-foot-10 and 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Registered address: 4500 block of East F Street, Tacoma
Criminal history: Convicted in 2022 of indecent liberties in Pierce County after he sexually assaulted an 18-year-old woman he had just met.
Sex offender treatment: Zazueta has not participated in a sex offender treatment program.

Joshua Zwart
Age: 43
Description: 5-foot-7 and 170 pounds, with blonde hair and green eyes.
Registered address: 100 block of East 50th Street, Tacoma
Criminal history: Convicted in 1993 of first-degree child molestation and indecent exposure in Grays Harbor County. He exposed himself multiple times to three neighbor girls ages 9, 10 and 11. He also sexually assaulted the youngest victim. In 2001, Zwart sexually assaulted on multiple occasions a 15-year-old girl known to him.
Sex offender treatment: Zwart has not participated in a sex offender treatment program.

Robert Matson
Age: 80
Description: 5-foot-7 and 150 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.
Registered address: 9000 block of Pacific Avenue, Tacoma
Criminal history: Convicted in 1964 in Pierce County for rape. Matson entered an unknown woman’s home and sexually assaulted her. He was convicted in 1974 again for rape in Pierce County after he sexually assaulted a woman he met at a bar.
Sex offender treatment: Matson participated in a sex offender treatment program.
