Man found dead in Tacoma on Monday. A homicide investigation has been launched

A man was found dead Monday morning in the 1200 block of East 25th Street.

Tacoma police were dispatched just before 5 a.m. and began life-saving measures after locating the unresponsive man. The man was pronounced dead by the Tacoma Fire Department, the Police Department said in a news release.

Detectives and crime scene technicians are investigating the case as a homicide. No one has been arrested.
