Investigation underway for possible homicide in Tacoma after man found dead
Detectives are investigating a possible homicide in Tacoma after a man was found dead Wednesday morning.
Officers were dispatched after 1:30 a.m. to the 3700 block of South Wilkeson Street after a man was found unresponsive with a possible gunshot wound, according to a Tacoma Police Department news release.
Police began life-saving efforts, the release said. Tacoma Fire Department personnel confirmed the man died at the scene.
The man’s death is being investigated as a possible homicide.
