Two people injured after shooting in Tacoma early Saturday

Two people were shot after an argument on Wapato Street early Saturday morning in Tacoma, according to police spokesperson Shelbie Boyd.

Three adults who knew each other were involved in an argument when one person shot two people around 1:30 a.m. at 6800 Wapato St., Boyd said.

The two victims were taken to the hospital but did not suffer life-threatening injuries, she said. One person was arrested.
