One of them pointed a pistol at the clerk and demanded vapes, money and other items, according to the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office in a blotter post.
The second robbery happened Jan. 13 at around 7 p.m. in the 8500 block of Golden Given Road East at Terry’s Corner Store, the post said. The same group robbed the store. A different person with a “distinguishable” voice pointed a pistol at the clerk.
The third incident was at Midland Food Center on Jan. 14 at around 6:30 p.m. in the 1700 block of 99th Street East, the post said. There were four people, and a pistol was pointed at a clerk.
“All three incidents occurred around similar times in the evening, and in all three incidents, alcohol, vapes, and cash were stolen,” according to the post.
