Sex offender registrations in Pierce County

The following convicted sex offenders have recently registered to live in Pierce County.

Each is categorized as a Level 3 sex offender — those considered most likely to commit similar crimes. None is wanted by law enforcement officers at this time.

All convicted sex offenders registered to live in Tacoma and Pierce County are listed on the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department’s website at piercesheriff.org.

Christopher J. Lamb, aka Christopher Winsor

Age: 32.

Description: 5 feet 8 inches and 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Where registered to live: 12000 block of Gravelly Lake Drive Southwest, Lakewood.

Criminal history: Convicted in 2001 of second-degree rape with force in Benton County for beating and raping an ex-girlfriend and threatening to kill her and their child.

Other crimes: Has convictions for assault, possession of marijuana, harassment, unlawful imprisonment and violating a protection order.

Sex offender treatment: Unclear whether he participated in a treatment program while incarcerated.

William T. Andrews

Age: 32.

Description: 6 feet 2 inches and 140 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

Where registered to live: 7000 block of East B Street, Tacoma.

Criminal history: Convicted in 2002 in Pierce County on three counts of third-degree assault with sexual motivation for molesting a 10-year-old girl.

Sex offender treatment: Unclear whether he participated in a treatment program while incarcerated.

Andrew Bowman

Age: 18.

Description: 5 feet 6 inches and 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Where registered to live: 4300 block of Yakima Avenue, Tacoma.

Criminal history: Convicted in 2010 of first-degree child rape in Texas for sexually assaulting a 6-year-old boy. Convicted in 2002 in Pierce County of two counts of first-degree child molestation for sexually assaulting a 5-year-old boy.

Sex offender treatment: Participated in a treatment program while incarcerated.
