Police looking for teen they say pointed gun at fellow Foss High School student

Police are looking for a Foss High School student they said pointed a gun at another student Monday.

No one was injured.

Tacoma police spokeswoman Shelbie Boyd gave this account:

The teenager got into an argument with another Foss student, and was expelled.

Roughly 2 p.m. the expelled student pointed a gun at another student (not the one involved in the argument). It wasn’t immediately clear if that happened right after the expulsion, or if the student returned with the gun later in the day.

The school went into a brief lockdown after the incident.

Further details weren’t immediately available.
