The following convicted sex offenders have recently registered to live in Pierce County.
Each is categorized as a Level 3 sex offender — those considered most likely to commit similar crimes. None is wanted by law enforcement officers at this time.
All convicted sex offenders registered to live in Tacoma and Pierce County are listed on the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department’s website at piercesheriff.org.
Justin L. Alderman
Age: 34.
Description: 6 feet 2 and 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Where registered to live: Transient in Pierce County.
Criminal history: Convicted in 1995 in King County of two counts of first-degree child molestation for sexually abusing a young boy for three years.
Sex offender treatment: Participated in a treatment program while incarcerated.

Charles A. Goff
Age: 26.
Description: 5 feet 6 and 130 pounds, brown hair and blue eyes.
Where registered to live: Transient in Pierce County.
Criminal history: Convicted in in 2009 in Mason County of first-degree child molestation for duct taping a 9-year-old girl’s mouth and hands and sexually assaulting her. Convicted in 2007 in Thurston County of first-degree child molestation for sexually assaulting a 6-year-old boy he was babysitting.
Sex offender treatment: Participated in a treatment program while incarcerated.

Monte Ray Willuweit
Age: 54.
Description: 5 feet 8 and 160 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
Where registered to live: 3200 block of 232nd East, Spanaway.
Criminal history: Convicted in 2001 in Pierce County of possession of depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct for taking photos of another man having sex with an underage girl.
Other: Has prior convictions for first-degree theft, battery, carrying a concealed weapon, indecent conduct, firearms violations and reckless driving.
Sex offender treatment: Unknown whether he completed a treatment program while incarcerated.
