The following convicted sex offenders recently registered to live in Pierce County.

Each is categorized as a Level 3 sex offender — those considered most likely to commit similar crimes. None is wanted by law enforcement officers at this time.

All convicted sex offenders registered to live in Tacoma and Pierce County are listed on the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department’s website at piercesheriff.org.

Robert L. Dehaan

Age: 69.

Description: 5 feet 9 and 200 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes.

Where registered to live: 1100 block of South 43rd Street, Tacoma.

Criminal history: Convicted in 2003 in King County of third-degree assault with sexual motivation and attempted third-degree rape for sexually assaulting a male employee. Convicted in 2008 in King County of communication with a minor for immoral purposes for improperly connecting with two boys ages 14 and 15, whom he hired. Convicted in 1981 in Pierce County of communication with a minor for immoral purposes and third-degree statutory rape.

Sex offender treatment: Participated in a treatment program while incarcerated.

Robert E. Dixon

Age: 53.

Description: 5 feet 11 and 224 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Where registered to live: 2500 block of South Fawcett Street, Tacoma.

Criminal history: Convicted in 2004 in Pierce County of first-degree child molestation for sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl.

Sex offender treatment: Participated in a treatment program while incarcerated.

Christoffer Taylor

Age: 49.

Description: 6 feet and 180 pounds, bald with blue eyes.

Where registered to live: 1900 block of South S Street, Tacoma.

Criminal history: Convicted in 2006 in Thurston County of first-degree child molestation for sexually assaulting a 3-year-old girl.

Sex offender treatment: Participated in a treatment program while incarcerated.
