Pierce County sheriff’s detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying the burglar, who is described as a white man in his 20s or early 30s. He is about 5 feet 10 to 6 feet tall with a medium build.

He was wearing black gloves, black pants, a plaid collared shirt and black tennis shoes with white on the toes and around the soles when he entered the house through an unlocked door about 11 a.m. Feb. 16. No one was home at the time.
