Man robs Subway restaurant on South Meridian in Puyallup
Puyallup police are looking for a man who held up a Subway restaurant near the South Hill mall last week.
The robber walked into the restaurant in the 4600 block of South Meridian with a silver handgun, pointed the weapon at a clerk and demanded money.
He then fled northbound.
No one was injured.
Police searched the area immediately after the holdup, which occurred about 5:15 p.m. Wednesday, but were unable to find the man.
The robber was described as a black man, 20 to 30 years old, about 6-feet-2 and 200 pounds. He was wearing a black zip-up hoodie and blue jeans.
