Sex offender registrations in Pierce County

The following convicted sex offenders have recently registered to live in Pierce County.

Each is categorized as a Level 3 sex offender — those considered most likely to commit similar crimes. None is wanted by law enforcement officers at this time.

All convicted sex offenders registered to live in Tacoma and Pierce County are listed on the Sheriff’s Department’s website at piercesheriff.org.

Jeremy J. Linthicum

Age: 38.

Description: 5 feet 7 and 190 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Where registered to live: Transient in Pierce County.

Criminal history: Convicted in 1993 on two counts of first-degree child rape in Pierce County for sexually assaulting two girls over a nine-month period.

Sex offender treatment: Did not participate in a treatment program while incarcerated.

Robert L. Marsh

Age: 44.

Description: 5 feet 8 and 200 pounds, blond hair and blue eyes.

Where registered to live: 13400 block of Bingham Avenue East, Tacoma.

Criminal history: Convicted in 1990 of attempted indecent liberties in Pierce County for sexually assaulting a woman. Convicted in 1995 of third-degree rape in Pierce County for sexually assaulting a physically handicapped woman.

Sex offender treatment: Did not participate in a treatment program while incarcerated.

Richard W. Galbraith

Age: 52.

Description: 5 feet 8 and 160 pounds, with red hair and blue eyes.

Where registered to live: 3700 block of McKinley Avenue, Tacoma.

Criminal history: Convicted in 1991 of first-degree child molestation in Pierce County for sexually assaulting a 5-year-old girl who lived in the same apartment complex.

Sex offender treatment: Did not participate in a treatment program while incarcerated.

Shon K. Baker

Age: 40.

Description: 6 feet and 250 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Where registered to live: 7400 block of Tacoma Avenue South, Tacoma.

Criminal history: Convicted in 1994 of first-degree child molestation in Snohomish County for sexually assaulting a 3-year-old boy and 6-year-old girl.

Sex offender treatment: Did not participate in a treatment program while incarcerated.
