Auburn road rage incident ends with man shot in arm
A Wednesday afternoon road rage incident in Auburn left a man with a gunshot wound to his arm before the suspect fled, according to police.
An unidentified male driver pulled a handgun from his car and fired multiple rounds into another vehicle in the 200 block of 15th Street Northwest about 2:53 p.m., Auburn police Commander Steve Stocker wrote in a news release. A male passenger was hit in the arm but his injuries were not life-threatening.
The driver fled west on 15th Street, then went north on state Route 167, Stocker wrote.
The man was described as wearing a black baseball cap and a gray hooded sweatshirt. The car was described as a tan or gold four-door Toyota Corolla.
