The University of Puget Sound raised $131.6 million, exceeding its $125 million goal, in its recently concluded One of a Kind campaign.
The private liberal arts college in Tacoma’s North End said in a news release that donors included more than 28,000 alumni, parents, faculty, staff and friends.
The campaign includes more than $40 million for an endowment to support student financial aid. It will also pay for new academic programs and campus facilities, including an athletics and aquatics center slated for completion next year.
