Route 302 bridge at Purdy Spit to be closed Thursday night
The bridge that carries state Route 302 across the inlet to Burley Lagoon at the Purdy Spit will be closed overnight Thursday for maintenance, the state Department of Transportation reported.
Crews will close the bridge at 9 p.m. It will reopen at 5 a.m. Friday.
Drivers, including emergency responders, will be detoured via a three-mile route that will use 94th Avenue Northwest, Southeast Pine Road and Bethel Burley Road Southeast.
