Authorities closed both directions of Washington Avenue North in Orting following a collision and fuel spill Tuesday evening, the Orting Police Department shared on Facebook.

The closure is near the Orting Safeway at 215 Whitesell St. NW.

Crews are on the scene working to re-open the road. The police urge residents to avoid the area.
