Traffic update: Highway in Tacoma cleared after two-car crash
The left lane is blocked on northbound Interstate 705 in Tacoma after a crash Wednesday morning.
The two-car crash occurred at around 9:05 a.m. near Schuster Parkway, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
A white passenger car and gray Honda Accord were involved. A 58-year-old man was complaining of pain, Washington State Patrol spokesperson Trooper Kameron Watts told The News Tribune.
Watts said the cause of the crash was “following too closely.”
Both vehicles are expected to be towed.
Update: This crash has cleared.
