Car rolls over on neighborhood street in Lakewood, hospitalizes five

A vehicle rolled over on a small neighborhood street in Lakewood Friday evening, sending multiple people to the hospital, West Pierce Fire and Rescue told The News Tribune.

Authorities received a call at 6:54 p.m. regarding a car that rolled over in the 7400 block of Turquoise Court Southwest, Public Information Officer Nathan Johnson said.

West Pierce Fire transported three patients to the hospital, while Lakewood Police Department transported two patients to the hospital, he said. There was no property damage.

Information about the victims and the extent of their injuries is unknown at this time. Lakewood Police is investigating the incident.
