A car flipped over in Bonney Lake this morning.

Jeff Cable, a captain with Central Pierce Fire & Rescue, told The News Tribune the rollover happened at McCutcheon Road East and Rhodes Lake Way Road East. The car went off the roadway and into a ditch, landing upside down.

The driver had one minor injury, Cable said, and CPFR cleared the scene “pretty quick.”

Earlier in the morning, Cable said possibly one or two occupants were trapped. When crews arrived, they found the driver was able to get out on their own.
