Lanes blocked on I-705 in Tacoma
Lanes are blocked on Interstate 705 northbound near the Chihuly Glass Bridge after a collision.
According to an X post from the Washington State Department of Transportation, the crash happened at about 8 a.m.
“The left lane is partially blocked,” the post said. “The right lane is blocked.”
Kameron Watts, spokesperson for Washington State Patrol, told The News Tribune it was a two-car collision with minor injuries. One of the people has been transported to a hospital.
“No deaths or serious injuries in this accident,” Watts said in a message to The News Tribune.
