The six-bedroom, five-bathroom residence sits on a hilltop, which translates to beautiful views, according to the listing on Realtor.com. It has a very storybook-like vibe on the exterior.

According to official documents, the home is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and referred to as the Birnbaum-Shubetz house, where the 42nd president lived.

It’s exchanged hands twice, listing agent Chris Rix — who owns the home now — told Realtor, and that the owners who followed the Clintons, had to sell it due to “legal circumstances.”

“The husband declined in health and passed away, and his wife had a life estate,” Rix told Realtor. “It ended up being stuck in a trust, so I petitioned the court to buy the property. There were vagrants living in the home at the time. I was looking to protect the home from further destruction.”

Bill is the son of Virginia Cassidy and the late William Jefferson Blythe Jr., who died shortly after Bill’s birth. Cassidy met and married Roger Clinton and the trio moved into the Hot Springs house before Bill started the second grade, Arkansas Heritage says.
