Traveler bets 80 cents on slot machine — then hits jackpot at Las Vegas casino
A traveler spent 10 minutes at a slot machine in Las Vegas before hitting the jackpot.
Now, the gambler is more than $19,000 richer.
The visitor from Hawaii sat at a Regal Link slot machine at Binion’s Gambling Hall & Hotel, the casino said in a June 9 post on X, formerly known as Twitter.
The player bet 80 cents, hit spin and watched as the symbols flashed across the screen until a jackpot message appeared.
“Congratulations to our lucky jackpot winner Riley from Hawaii who is playing for 10 minutes landing the free spins on our slot machine regal link,” the casino said in the post.
She won $19,095,83.
Another gambler got lucky on a slot machine at the same casino.
That player bet $7.50 on a Quick Spin Platinum Supercharged 7’s game and won over $10,000.
Binion’s Gambling Hall & Hotel is in downtown Las Vegas, and it’s part of the Fremont Street Experience.
