UPDATE: The press conference was at 2 p.m.
INITIAL POST: Gov. Jay Inslee is scheduled to have a press conference at 1:30 p.m. Friday to give an update on the state’s wildfire response, smoke and air quality.
State Patrol Chief John Batiste, General Bret Daugherty with the Washington Military Department, Robert Ezelle with Washington State Emergency Management, Laura Watson with the Washington State Department of Ecology, and State Health Officer Dr. Kathy Lofy will join the governor.
