Burglar flees on bicycle after ransacking freezer, WA cops say. He doesn’t get far
Police in Snohomish, Washington, said a burglar robbed a restaurant’s freezer — only to get caught within five minutes.
Snohomish deputies said they responded to a burglary on Feb. 15 at a Blazing Onion restaurant, according to a post on the department’s Facebook page.
They said the suspect was caught on camera breaking into the restaurant’s freezer.
Deputies said he was trying to flee the scene by bicycle and they detained him within five minutes, according to the post.
The man, 31, was caught on video at the same restaurant two days before the incident, the post read.
He was booked into Snohomish County Jail.
