A missing 26-year-old man was last seen “struggling” as he was forced into a vehicle in a possible kidnapping, police in Washington said.

A witness called 911 at 7:16 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 20, after seeing multiple people put a man into a vehicle in an apartment parking garage in Renton, the city police department said in a news release.

The person was struggling as he was placed in the vehicle, police said. The driver then drove off.

Police later identified the man as Gouled Ali and said it was possible he was kidnapped.

Ali is 6 feet, 1 inch tall. He weighs about 185 pounds.

The Renton Police Department asks anyone with information about his disappearance to call 911 and reference case 23-9595.
