Beer, bikes, live music: Bellingham gears up for another NW Tune-Up Festival
The fourth annual Northwest Tune-Up Festival is back at Bellingham’s waterfront Friday, July 11 through Sunday, July 13, with live concerts, biking, craft beer and more.
“Northwest Tune-Up is a three-day festival where cycling, music and outdoor energy collide in one of North America’s most active cities. Built around a passion for community growth, inclusivity and recreational access, it’s a celebration of Bellingham’s vibrant outdoor culture. By day, ride world-class trails, demo bikes, race or just take in all the action — then let loose with renowned live music by night,” a news release from the event states.
Last year, the festival had more than 10,000 attendees, 800 racers and competitions, raised over $40,000 for local nonprofits, and reached more than $1,000,000 in direct local economic impact.
“Spanning 19 acres on Bellingham’s premier waterfront venue, it’s a weekend packed with adventure, culture and a community that knows how to send it, PNW style,” the news release states.
The festival announced its full concert lineup back in March and is offering a more affordable option for those only wanting to experience the live music, with special music-only tickets.
