Wenatchee real estate building permit approved for one, two-story apartment building

A building permit for the construction of a two-story apartment building was approved, half of a 40-apartment-unit housing project on Stella Avenue in Wenatchee.

C & C Investment Properties LLC, owned by family members of Cooper Family Construction, applied for building permits on the housing project located at 1701 Stella Ave., a 0.92-acre parcel of land.

The applicant estimates that a total of 76 residents can live in the entire project, which also includes the construction of new parking stalls, a sidewalk, and a new driveway providing access to the buildings.

Randy Cooper purchased the parcel in 2011 for $131,226, according to the Chelan County Assessor's Office.
