Skamokawa man cited after driving into Longview slough
Authorities say a Skamokawa driver was injured after driving into a slough off Mt. Solo Road early Thursday in Longview.

Christopher M. Bianchi, 45, was headed east around 6:11 a.m. near the intersection of Solo View Drive when he left the road, also known as State Route 432, to the right. His black 2010 Honda Civic landed partially submerged in the nearby slough, according to a Washington State Patrol press memo.
Bianchi was transported to Longview's PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center.
He was cited for second-degree negligent driving, the memo states.
Neither drugs nor alcohol was involved in the crash, according to the report.
