Lucky gambler turns $25 into an ‘astonishing’ win at Western WA casino

A lucky gambler recently turned $25 into an “astonishing win” at a Western Washington casino, officials said.

The slot machine player scored more than $80,000 at Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel in Snoqualmie, casino officials wrote in a Facebook post on Saturday, April 18.

The gambler won $88,365 after placing a $25 bet on the Triple Dragon Fortune Rising slot machine, according to the post..

“Winner alert!” casino officials said.

Social media users shared in the celebration,

“Nicely done!” Facebook user Sean Turple wrote in a comment. “We were there today and walked away broke.”

“Sweet win.” Facebook user Percette Marie Carl wrote in a separate comment.

It was the largest slot machine win at Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel in about a week.

On April 14, a gambler won $26,765 after playing the Wealth of the Dragon slot machine at the King County casino, officials said via Facebook, while another gambler scored an “incredible” $32,927 hit on April 16 while playing the Cash Crop slot machine

What is Snoqualmie Casino near Tacoma?

Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel, 37500 SE North Bend Way in Snoqualmie, said it offers more than 1,800 “cutting-edge slot machines, an expansive non-smoking gaming floor, and 58 timeless table games, including blackjack, roulette and baccarat.”

The King County casino is about a 45-minute car ride from Tacoma.

It takes more than an hour to drive to Snoqualmie from Olympia.
