Skagit Valley College baseball team falls to Everett
EVERETT - The Skagit Valley College baseball team fell to Everett in a Northwest Athletic Conference North Region doubleheader on Saturday, losing 4-0 and 7-2.
In the first game, Skagit Valley's Ikko Kashima had four his team's seven hits, going 4-for-4.
In the second game, Everett led 5-0 through three innings, and didn't allow Skagit Valley its runs until the ninth inning.
The Cardinals were held to four hits, with Kai Douglas going 2-for-4 with a double.
Skagit Valley is 6-10 in North Region play and 7-24 overall.
