As prices for concert tickets continue to rise, music lovers are being forced to budget.
Bands on stadium tours charge upwards of $100 for nosebleed seating, and premium seats can go for $1,000 apiece.
With so many acts announcing tours, how can anyone afford to see their favorite artists?
Live Nation has a solution.
The entertainment company is offering $30 tickets to more than 4,000 concerts as part of its Summer of Live promotion.
That includes a total of 41 shows in Washington state.

How do I buy tickets during Live Nation’s Summer of Live sale?
During the Summer of Live sale, you can get $30 tickets to select concerts in the spring, summer and fall. Some on-sale shows take place as late as October.
Discounts began April 29 and will be available through Tuesday, May 5, while supplies last.
To purchase $30 tickets, head to the Live Nation website and click on the concert you want.
You’ll be redirected to Ticketmaster or the venue’s ticketing platform. You can filter for only Summer of Live seats.
If no Summer of Live options show up for your chosen concert, seats may have sold out.
A limited number of Summer of Live tickets are offered for each show, though more be added later, according to Live Nation.

Eight venues in Washington state have at least one concert included in the promotion:
- WAMU Theater at Lumen Field in Seattle
- T-Mobile Park in Seattle
- Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle
- White River Amphitheatre in Auburn
- Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery in Woodinville
- Accesso Showare Center in Kent
- Temple Theatre in Tacoma
- BECU Live at Northern Quest in Airway Heights
- Numerica Veterans Arena in Spokane

You can get $30 tickets for several WAMU Theatre concerts are part of the Live Nation sale, including Charlie Puth on Sunday, May 3; Jimmy Eat World on July 18 and Rise Against on Oct. 20.

You can snag $30 tickets for Parker McCollum’s June 27 show at Accesso Showare Center, or pay $30 to see Jinjer Duel at Temple Theatre on July 9.
