Motorcyclist dies in Wenatchee collision

The Wenatchee Police Department is on the scene of a Friday morning collision that killed one person.

Authorities were dispatched to the intersection of North Western Avenue and Locust Street in Wenatchee at 10:34 a.m. to a report of a collision, according to Sgt. Joe Eaton.

The collision involved a truck and a motorcycle. Eaton was unable to provide further details regarding the number of people involved, but confirmed that the motorcyclist died.

Police are still conducting interviews at the scene of the collision. The investigation is ongoing.
