Centralia College, WorkSource to hold career fair on May 29
May 8-WorkSource is partnering with Centralia College to host an upcoming career fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, May 29.
The event will take place in the TransAlta Commons, 615 W. Pear St., Centralia.
A job fair prep class will be held Tuesday, May 26, at from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at WorkSource Lewis County, 500 Centralia College Blvd, No. 200, Centralia.
This fair is open to the public, but it is especially designed to support Centralia College students and local high school students who will be graduating in June 2026.
As many of these students are actively exploring career paths and local job options, it is important that they are aware of the employment opportunities available within their own communities, a news release from WorkSource stated.
Employers are still needed. Twenty of the 38 are tables filled. Tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
For more information, email Alicia.Elliott@esd.wa.gov.
The list will be finalized by May 20. Employers who sign up and later find that they cannot attend should email as soon as possible so the spot can be offered to another employer.
