Cowlitz PUD commissioner named vice president of state association
Cowlitz Public Utility District Commissioner Bruce Pollock was elected vice president of the Washington Public Utility Districts Association.

The nonprofit represents PUDs across the state and offers training programs for utility leaders, according to its website.
Pollock is a Kalama resident who manages the Bicoastal Media radio group in Longview. He was elected to the Cowlitz PUD Board of Commissioners in November 2020.
He is running unopposed for re-election in the November general election.
Pollock joined the Washington PUD Association in 2025 as secretary.
