• The Skagit County Board of Commissioners will hold a joint meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 16, with the cities of Mount Vernon, Burlington and Anacortes regarding the North Star initiative. The meeting will be held at the offices of Skagit County Public Health, 301 Valley Mall Way, Suite 110.
