One lucky lottery player scored a six-figure jackpot after buying a winning ticket in Western Washington.
The Mega Millions player matched four white balls and the blue Mega Ball to win $10,000 in the Friday, June 26 drawing, according to Washington’s Lottery.
The lottery player used a multiplier to increase their winnings tenfold, bringing the total prize to $100,000, lottery officials said.
“They’re walking away with a lot more,” a Washington’s Lottery spokesperson said.

Where was lucky Mega Millions ticket sold?
The winning Mega Millions ticket was sold at a Safeway grocery store at 3355 Southeast Bethel Road in Port Orchard, according to the lottery spokesperson.
Port Orchard is a roughly 35-minute drive from Tacoma.
The Kitsap County city is roughly an hour away from Olympia by car.
What were winning Mega Millions numbers?
The winning numbers in Friday’s Mega Millions drawing were 5, 13, 30, 33 and 52 with a Mega Ball of 6, according to the Washington’s Lottery website.

How to play Mega Millions lottery game

Players can pick six numbers from two different groups, choosing five numbers from one to 70 for the white balls and one number from one to 24.
