"The Flood Advisory will expire at 10 p.m. this evening for portions of Northeast and Southeast Washington, including in Northeast Washington, Spokane counties. In Southeast Washington, Whitman. Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures," states the NWS Spokane WA.
The advisory is in effect until 10 p.m.
