News Tribune endorsement roundup - Our picks for Nov. 3, 2020 general election

Here are The News Tribune Editorial Board’s recommendations for the Nov. 3, 2020 general election. The links below will take you to our previously published full-length endorsements.

Endorsements were reached by consensus after we interviewed candidates and did other research. Endorsements are nothing more than informed guidance, intended to promote civic discourse and encourage voters to dig deeper.

We are not making recommendations on a handful of smaller community ballot measures. Nor are we endorsing for US president as we did not have the opportunity to interview the candidates — a precondition for any endorsement across all McClatchy newspapers.
