Anthem: NFL double standard merits boycott

It appears some NFL players have chosen to sit or to dishonor the flag and national anthem, all because of the way blacks are mistreated in this country. If this was the 1950s, they would have a point. But it is the 2010s, and they are a lot better treated.

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell refused to let the Dallas Cowboys honor five fallen Dallas police officers with a helmet decal because it was political. And yet he tolerates dishonoring the anthem and flag. As a result I will boycott and urge others to boycott the NFL.

I do not care to watch million-dollar babies having a tantrum.
