Occupiers: Killing by federal officers was immoral

Re: “Justice for rebels,” (TNT, 9/21).

Without pretending any expertise or knowledge of events leading to the death of Malheur National Wildlife Refuge protester Roy Finicum, I saw the video.

After watching it several times, I’ve formed an opinion. Had this murder taken place in the 1960s, the murderers would have been hanged. The federal government has no license to commit murder. They are alive today by the grace of God. If our government continues on its present course, they will give an account to him who is ready to judge both the living and the dead. This has nothing to do with politics, but everything to do with eternity.
