Debate: Clinton only acts presidential

Re: “A clear choice for president,” (TNT letter, 9/28).

I was inspired to check Funk and Wagnalls dictionary after reading comments concerning Monday’s presidential debate, in which the letter writer summed up the two candidates as follows:

Hillary Clinton: she acted presidential

Donald Trump: he didn’t.

Here’s what the dictionary says:

Acting – A main division of a play, an instance of insincere behavior

Reality – The quality or state of being real, something real.

So my conclusion is this:

He was real. She wasn’t.
