Electoral College: It remains bulwark against tyranny

I don't believe the writer truly understands the most important purpose of the electoral college, which is to protect against the tyranny of the majority. I would suggest the writer take five minutes to watch Prager University's YouTube video on the subject: m.youtube.com/watch?v=V6s7jB6-GoU
