Clinton: No post-election pardon required

Re: “Obama should pardon Hillary Clinton, Jesse Jackson says” (TNT, 11/16)

What's to pardon? No crime was committed. There was no arrest, no trial.

A more meaningful gesture would be for Hillary Clinton to forgive Donald Trump for the immature behavior, hateful language and groundless accusations used during his campaign. Or, better than that, what about Trump asking to be pardoned for his atrocious behavior, and telling his supporters they need to "get over" their smugness?

Trump won; no need for further degenerate rhetoric.
