Phil Fortunato: Sometimes a tweet's worth 1,000 words

On November 8, newly-elected District 31 Representative Phil Fortunato retweeted, “Obama played his race card. Hillary’s playing her woman card. So Americans are now playing their Trump card.”

Seeing my elected representative separate constituents immediately by race and gender leaves me little confidence that he plans to represent the interests of all the people of our region. Is this new “card” he tweets about only for those who look like him?

I strongly encourage all of District 31 to join me in monitoring Fortunato’s actions closely to determine if his re-election will be worthy of our consideration.
