Immigration: Will state AG enforce double standard?

Washington state Attorney General Bob Ferguson was recently quoted saying: “We are a nation of laws, as I have said from day one, those laws apply to everyone in our country, and that includes the president of the United States.”

I wonder if Ferguson will be as aggressive enforcing the law against the illegal immigration actions of sanctuary cities, such as Olympia and Seattle. Or are the elected leaders of those cities above the law?
