Sound Transit: Higher taxes not good for my neighborhood

Re: "Higher car-tab bills landing in mailboxes with ST3 tax hike," (TNT, 2/18).

I read about how the taxes and fees for registered vehicles in certain zip codes will triple in March. We live in one those zip codes.

To this day I cannot identify how the passage of this measure benefits those who live in the South Hill area of Pierce County.
